• Hours and credits:  15 on line hours, 30 lecture hours, 20 field session hours   (5 credits)  

Program Objectives:  
The purpose of this program is to expose exchange students to:
• General comprehension of key gender issues and women’s lives in Costa Rica .
• Overview of Costa Rican women’s issues projects through field trips and visits to NGO’s that work with gender issues. 
• The importance of Government support to women’s issues.
